First and foremost, we celebrate the many Alinea Ideal Protein clients that started around the New Year and have effectively moved into Phase 2 and Phase 3 Maintenance for the summer as planned. We also celebrate all who are crushing their goals and are well on track to complete their weight loss journey later this year. So far, our Ideal Protein clients have lost a total of 656 pounds! Well done!

At our Open House, we are also excited to announce several new services and new team members! Natalie Stearns, Certified Ideal Protein Coach, brings incredible energy to coaching our clients, providing support, education, and accountability with a unique eye toward helping to return our clients to physically active lives following their weight loss. She will be on hand at the Open House to help you explore the many new products available, along with recipes, tips, tricks, and other life hacks that have been shared with us from our amazing clients that have kept them on track during their journey and added to their fulfillment. If you can’t wait, come in or call the office to book an appointment with her now. She is terrific!

Another of those healthcare pillars is medical and aesthetic care. As you have undoubtedly discovered, these services and providers vary widely, often leaning on medication or procedures to cover up the symptoms instead of getting to the root causes and solutions to bring about the change you need or desire. We are always highly collaborative with your existing medical providers, so that won’t ever change. However, we have been seeking out like-minded medical providers to offer you options that align with your pursuit of a happy and healthier life. We are excited to announce that Kelsey Martin, DNP, FNP-C, will soon join our referral network. She will be on hand at the Open House and share her philosophy on healthcare and aesthetics and show off some new facilities.

Grab that Ideal Protein Broccoli Cheese Soup Mix to make delicious Broccoli Cheese Bread!

1. In a bowl, mix together Broccoli Cheese soup mix, 2 egg whites, 1tsp select oil, ¼ tsp baking powder, and a pinch of Ideal Salt. 
2. Coat a bread pan gently with non-stick spray and pour batter into the pan.
3. Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes and then flip and cook for another 8 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
